We are a professional perfume bottle manufacturer and have an advanced automated line machine production line. Our factory strictly controls product quality and controls it at all levels.
Our bottles undergo four process inspections before production is completed:
1. After being released from the oven, the bottles are transported to the light via a conveyor belt to check whether they are damaged or defective.
2. The quality inspector will remove defective products and products of substandard quality and pack high-quality products into boxes.
3. The quality inspector will unpack and screen the packed products and remove unqualified products.
4. Bottles that have been inspected three times need to undergo out-of-warehouse inspection after entering the warehouse to ensure that the products exported from our factory are qualified and of high quality.
